The RTB Elite Centre is our performance programme for players who are ready for more than grassroots football but haven't yet found their way into an academy.

Players train in focused, age-specific groups alongside others who share the same ambition. With academy-style coaching and the intensity of a strong group around them, players build the technical ability, physical readiness, and consistency clubs are looking for.
